Data and privacy

This overview explains how accounts and data work in the current version of TENKJU.

Registration stores your company name and code, administrator name, email, chosen language and a protected password hash. Passwords are not stored as readable text.

Company workspaces store employee profiles, organisational assignments, recognitions, coins, rewards and administrative activity. Access is determined by company and role.

Uploaded logos are stored on the TENKJU server. Excel import files are processed without permanently storing the original file.

Cookies are used for sign-in and remembering your language. Automatic language selection uses your browser preferences, without requesting geographic location.

Employees should contact their company HR administrator for profile, access and status changes.
